Thank you for the great staff on the 3rd of December 2010. The bar staff certainly went the extra mile on an extremely busy bar. No one complained about how busy it was and just got on with the task at hand. I must say I was really impressed and all the bar staff deserve my commendations.

The food staff were amazing. They did not need a long briefing as they are very familiar with the service style, all i had to do was allocate table numbers and teams, and that was it, it worked like clockwork. The service was swift, discreet and highly effective. For the first time in my life, I have heard an Event Manager ask me to slow down service as we were 30 minutes ahead of the schedule even though the sit down was 15 minutes past the schedule.
Lets keep it up, and I look forward to working with you in the future.
