Sous Chef

Verve People are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef & Chef de Partie to work at a modern 8 bedroom 1AA Rosette Hotel & Restaurant.

This fantastic opportunity and would be suited towards chefs whom are looking to progress there career within the catering industry by working under an experienced and passionate Head Chef who has worked for Michel Roux and Nigel Howarth.

Ideal Candidates

  • Previous experience working in a fresh food environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Good understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Career focused and a team player
  • Motivated by delivering excellence


£20,000 - £26,000 p.a.
